While "limited" to 5K characters, keep in mind that this is ad hoc text which 
allows full FFTDCA control. It's hard to picture many applications that need 
anything like 5K for a message created on the fly. If an app needs more, it 
should be creating and sending a document not a simple character string.

But it sure works great for the basic stuff.
