iSeries for the new customers
iGreen for folks who love the old version,

Then IBM needs to give up on the idea of convincing citizens of the iSeries
Nation to stop calling their box an AS/400 -- As long as the main menu continues
to call it an AS/400, that is what we will call it as well.

Which greatly increases the gap between current system owners and potential new
buyers, either when the new buyer traces down a reference story and talks to an
existing owner, or the new buyer tries to trace down AS/400 purchasing
information from IBM...

Since the system *HAS* been renamed, it seems to me that IBM would be better off
propagating the new name to the main system menus, even though they happen to be
green, than continuing to encourage the terminology problems!
