Why are you getting USER joblogs?
Check User *JOBD
We only have job logs on a tiny handful of users where we want diagnosiis on 
problems they been having intermittently - so the next time it happens we 
have a job log, assuming they can be reminded fast enough to SIGNOFF *LIST 
option ... if they sign off normal we not get any job log on them.
System Jobs create tuns of joblogs we want to turn off, but current expedient 
is periodic MIS person, usually at backup time, WRKOUTQ & look thru spool of 
all joblogs, then transfer to separate outq those that are on real people 
that we may wish to investigate why they got a joblog, then clear system job 
log of all the stuff we not need.
