Thanks all!

My problem was that I wasn't putting the job on hold before I started the service job. (I incorrectly assumed that since I was waiting on a data queue and I knew the statement number, I could just enter my breakpoints... I didn't know I had to have the job on hold BEFORE I did these things.)
