  • Subject: Debug an ILE program running in Batch

Hello all,

Does anyone have tried-and-true techniques for using the interactive debugger on a program running in batch mode?  I've tried using the start service job (STRSRVJOB) with STRDBG, and am not being successful.

I want to submit a job to a batch subsystem, then set breakpoints and single-step thru the job just like I can when running the program interactively.  Am I way off-base about this?  Can this be done?

Thanks in advance,
