Larry may be right.  It seems that when IBM uses the phrase "the system has
been tuned for...", it could be more accurately phrased "some features have
been geared back...", but it seems to me that some simple tests could be
performed to benchmark the machine's capability.  CGI programs are
classified as batch jobs that normally run under the QHTTPSVR subsystem.  I
suppose IBM could have "tuned" that subsystem to restrict the number of
concurrently running jobs.  Who knows?  Maybe someone on the Domino list has
the answer.
