The front end to the AS/400 online library is at www.as400network.com. Choose the 'tech resources' button on the right, then choose the index400 button on the left. Index400 (the front end to IBM's library) is part of the 'free' section of the web site - ie the bits you should be able to access without a subscription to NEWS400 magazine. I don't know if you still have to register for this part of the site, but registration is free.
