David: Thanks for the info.... what is the correct mounting hardware. I have some drive cages that came out of the model 600, they originally had 6607 drives in them (2 of them). We moved the 6607 drives to a different machine. I have several 6606s here and would like to put 5 into the model 600. Is the mounting hardware the same for the 6606 and the 6607. From other posts I have seen, it is unclear if the 6606 drive can be the load source drives. Can I use a combo of the 2? Sorry so many questions. cjg Carl J.
