There was a tag with the plastic keys for our 820's that says: For Keys Send $13.00 each and this tag to: Turtle Mountain Corporation 1st Street South Dunseith, ND 58359 XXXXXX XXXXXX is, of course, the unique number to get duplicate keys - my guess is you're going to have to go through IBM to get them if you dn't have the tag.
