You did remember to create an empty save file on the AS/400 first,
right?  That's caught me so many times it's not funny.

And you are trying to write to file QGPL/SAVF ?  That's what the
error is saying.  FTP should be:

<log in>
binary
put c:\savefiles\savefile.sav mylibrary/mysavefile

Of course, after you create the save file MYLIBRARY/MYSAVEFILE

Sounds like the filename syntax used on your PUT command might be wrong.

It needs to be PUT pcfilename LIBNAME/SAVFNAME

Don't forget to use BIN transfer type.
