In my post, I was very careful to use "most", and IMHO it's true --
anecdotal tales of octogenarians designing web pages with XML not
withstanding. Also, I never said that twenty-somethings are "better" than
forty-somethings (nor do I believe this). Finally, I firmly believe that
IS is a field where willingness to keep learning new things is practically
a necessity (and becoming more so every day). Alas, that does not change
the natural (imho) human tendency to resist this. . . .
