let me clear this up.

Because of IBM internal policies, duality is a very unfortunate way of
life.  IBM isn't sharing, so to make this work and keep folks in the loop,
we need the 2nd signup...

Hey, if it were a perfect world, everyone would use iSeries...or at least
know what the heck they were! :)
