Title: RE: OS/400 Software Design Change Requests?

Those used to go through your SE. Do you have one, or know one?

Subject: OS/400 Software Design Change Requests?

Hi,
It happened quite a few times that PMRs (BRMS related) I reported were
classified as "works-as-designed". The kind IBM supporter told me to open an
"OS/400 Software Change Request" instead. Unfortunately the supporter did
not know who or where to submit such a request to. Local IBM Direct were of
no help either. Does anyone know of such a contact/IBM department?

Thanks,
Bernd
