Questions about lic program PSF/400

I do not have a clue about this, can any one shed some light?
I see there are 3 licensed program with feature codes 5112, 5113 and 5114
for 5769SS1.  They are listed as follows:

5769SS1  V4R4M0    5112    OS/400 - PSF/400 1-20 IPM Printer Support
5769SS1  V4R4M0    5113    OS/400 - PSF/400 1-45 IPM Printer Support
5769SS1  V4R4M0    5114    OS/400 - PSF/400 Any Speed Printer Support

I do not understand the difference between these.  I assume IPM means Images
per Minute.  I am trying to config and test and IPDS printer over TCP/IP and
when I start the writer I get an error in QSYSOPR as follows:

The client has a lic for 5113 but not 5114.  The printer is an HP4000 so it
is not any faster than 45 IPM.  Any one have any ideas?
