No,  We went to DPY on our 720.  Our 400, (not AS400 but model 400 of the
AS400), has DPY on the 8 drives in the expansion unit and the 2 internals
are mirrored to each other.  This was done because we can't DPY those drives
on the load source controller.

At one point on older hardware it was necessary when you couldn't have the 
load source drive in a RAID set, but with new systems does anyone still 
mirror the load source drive while using RAID-5 for the rest of the system 
?  If so, why did you decide to do this ?
