I have used the same External I/O module (dynamic SQL with Prepare statements) that I use in my report programs and green screen subfiles, It passes two parms, 1 control D/S with flags & stuff, the second is a Multiple Occuring D/S externally defined same as DB file being accessed. It works great from VA/RPG. Very fast. Passes back 20 records in Multi occurring D/S.
