Barry, After looking at all the responses, I've not seen anyone mention FEU from Applied Logic. I am not sure why here it was picked over DBU but a VAR was used to purchase the first machine (F35) & that must have been their pick? Since I've been here (7 years), we have kept current with FEU. If I've called with questions or problems, they have been answered. I've even made suggestions in the last year or so that will be incorporated in their new version (at least for us) 8.0. The thought of changing really makes me think about learning a new product. I talked with the DBU people at COMMON so they are after me to switch. Their new version (6.0) will be more GUI'ized that the current green screen version. I also downloaded Bill Reger's WRKDBF program & I know I played with it but old habits are hard to break. After 7 years, FEU is just so natural & easy to use. I also use Linoma's Surveyor/400 but again it is something that will do the job but I am just not as familiar with it as FEU. When push gets to shove, I ALWAYS resort back to FEU because I know it. It's just what you get familiar with & feel comfortable with. Pick one. Thanks - Dennis. Dennis Munro "I love deadlines.
