Host base paging is party much a standard.  If the cell phone support the
communications standard you should be able to send them.  It is really unto
the service provider weather you can dial to them to send the pages.  Some
pager companies also provide an e-mail interface to their pagers.

We are looking into a way to send text pages from the AS400 to Cell phones
or pagers in Americas, Europe and Asia.  We do send pages using a Vendor
product in the Americas.

Anyone know if  this can be done to Cell phones?
