I think the major cell phone vendors in America support the TAP 
protocol.  I know that SprintPCS does.

If the vendor supports TAP, then you can use the same software to send to 
pagers & cell phones.

As for software, I recommend AGAINST Help/Systems Robot Alert 
software.  It's fine software, and works well, but only with THEIR other 
software products.  It has no independent ability to monitor for QSYSOPR 
messages & send pages when appropriate.
