We have two jobs that run as scheduled job entries.  The first one runs every 
morning and sets the QINTACTITV to *NONE.  The second one runs at 5pm and sets 
the value to 30.  That way if someone goes home and leaves their session 
running, it shuts down in 30 minutes.  We have been doing this for years with 
no problems.
