Todd,

We've also used the software at my shop for several years. Ditto from me on
Debbie's comments.

Todd,

We use this software and find it to be quite reliable. We have used it for
several
years now. At first they used to do quarterly updates but they have since
gone to issuing database updates on a monthly basis. We do the upgrades as
soon as
we get them. The accuracy is pretty good. But, keep in mind, that the
vendor
gets their updates directly from the U.S. Postal Service. If the data is
incomplete or incorrect, there is nothing that the vendor can do about it.
We have come
across the problem occasionally where the Postal Services database contained
errors.

As far as the software product goes, we have had 100% up-time. I don't
think we have ever had a program of theirs blow up. It is reliable stuff.
I like
the fact that they have callable programs. On our system, each time a
customer's address
is changed we call their program and validate the address right there on the
spot. We can then let the data entry person know that there is something
wrong
with the address and they can get in contact with the customer to determine
what
the problem is. I give WorksRight a thumbs up.
