A few years back, I used the software, and if I remember correctly
(could be a senior moment, though).  It was very important to get 
updates to the zip codes (i.e. changes the post office makes from
time to time).  I cannot recall the details, but I seem to remember 
that we did not get 100% accuracy from the product.

I was a consultant, and the client did not have a good track record
keeping their subscriptions and/or releases current, though.
