I am dialed into ibm.net (OK OK It's attglobal.net now) and it also
fails here. 'The Internet' no longer knows where
'submit.boulder.ibm.com' is.  I'm sure they'll fix it eventually. I
wouldn't have a clue who to call that could acutally do anything about
it.
