Tony I might have just had this morning, is the AS/400 your main mail server?? If not, does your e-mail have an address like Tonypack_Isdept@myas400.mydomain.com??? Instead of TonyPack@mydomain.com. Do you have a valid SMTP address on your directory entry (F19 key) for the profile doing the sending. I just learned this morning there is a security setting on servers to reject an email with a "unknown" domain, adding the AS/400 name after the @ symbol (Default if there is no SMTP table entry) can be rejected. I get a non-delivery message from the 400. Does anyone have any tips on where to look for the reason why the rejection is occuring? +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
