With only 379 respondents, it tells you most accounts aren't
looking at the web or Search400....

The large percentage of older machines isn't really a giant
surprise, since "most" folks upgrade only every 4-5 years 
and not every 12 months as IBM would like...

I suspect if you saw some of the LARGE accounts with 3,000+
machines and what they have to go through to do an upgrade,
you wouldn't be surprised at the large numbers of older machines.

Just think about doing a version upgrade for that number of 
boxes. It would take 2-3 years to just swap out boxes and try
to stay current on release & ptf's.
