Using DSPCMD to find an API is not a good solution.  For example RTVDTAARA
does not call QWCRDTAA.  Most commands have to call 'wrappers' to use an
api.

If your intent was just to show the command I suppose that is acceptable.
After all, these are fairly good commands.  However, there are times when
one prefers an API.

Is there an api for changing a data area?
