The longer library list does not cause compilation problems, only execution
time problems.  IMHO, it's the stupidest implementation I've ever seen
Rochester do, and I'm being very outspoken about it.

I dont know if the embargo on v5r1 is still in place, ( I dont even know if
it has been released yet ), so I am just asking:

Does the longer libl really cause cl pgms that rtvjoba to not compile until
a longer lgth variable is spcfd for the UsrLibl parm?
