If I understand your message correctly, it can only be fixed by purchasing
a higher interactive feature for your processor or reducing the amount of
interactive type work on your system.  Al Barsa would correctly tell you to
run a command similar to this:

     INCCPU    *SPENDLOTSOFMONEY         Increase CPU by spending lots of
money!!!!!!

We recently upgraded our 720 from v4r3 to v4r5.  Now we're seeing lots of
messages telling us that we've our interactive threshold (never happened at
v4r3 or earlier).  Anyone know of a PTF to address this issue?
