Hello Steve,

You are running a fast machine AND you only have a baker's dozen products 
installed.  The PTF load and apply would take longer if you had more compilers 
or other components installed.

Besides, it is safer for IBM to tell you 4-8 hours and actually use less than 
to 
tell you 1 hour and have you get royally pissed off because the PTF apply is 
still running at 10am on Monday morning!
