Al, thanks for responding. Could you tell me did you have problems with fax400 on V4r4. Did you recieve any errors like FAXC101 - Host Print Transform error detected by fax Controller? Since the 2761 is an integrated modem and not a integrated fax adapter, this error puzzles me. When you configured the fax description, did you use *imanalog or *fax? I used *imanalog. If I'm not mistaken, I should be able to fax to a regular fax machine, correct? If so, the results that I'm seeing are just a blank page with a checkerd block on the top left hand side. It seems as if the 400 software is not properly translating the spool file to be sent over to the fax. Any ideas? Thanks. Has anyone been able to get it to send spool files to a fax machine successfully without experiencing Host Print Transform errors? All of the latest PTF's have been applied. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks Paul Talbert Integrated Solutions & Services, Inc.
