Well .... here is what the sales manual says about that:
#5034) Migration Tower I

                    #5034 is a converted Model 620, S20, or 720 system
unit (along with
                    any attached #5064 or #9364 expansion unit), used
for migration of
                    installed PCI/SPD cards, up to ten installed
removable media devices,
                    and any attached PCI/SPD expansion units when
upgrading to a Model
                    820 or 830. One #5034 tower is included with the
model upgrade.
                    Additional existing features may be ordered to
utilize vacant space in this
                    tower, or in any attached PCI/SPD tower. New 8XX
model features
                    cannot be installed in this tower, nor in any of the
attached PCI/SPD
                    towers. Additional PCI/SPD towers cannot be attached
to the #5034
                    after the model upgrade. 

                    One 6-meter JTAG-E cable is included with the #5034.
