Yes,

Anyone who does this is expendable because they have too much time on their
hands.  They should be answering questions on mailing lists instead. ;-)

Hello All,
Are there any guidelines for writing professional looking
programming/project specifications? Perhaps in a project managing
handbook? ie format, files affected, etc?
any direction would be greatly appreciated.
