Al -- SO... does this mean the company that sold me the AS/400 model 400 with the "licensed copy" of V4R5 and several LPP products broke the rules? They aren't even allowed to transfer the OS? Model 6xx hardware came out after 4xx hardware, right? So I am looking at buying all the software again? I thought the link between OS/400 and a machine was a V4R1 and later thing, regardless of the hardware - as long as the hardware would run V4R1...
