WRKSYSACT shows CPU use over elapsed time - you guessed it right.
If you do not have WRKSYSACT you can use Performance Monitor or Collection
Services (the latter V4R4 and after) to generate Performance Database
files.
CFINTx are reported In QAPMJOBS file (for Performance Monitor) or QAPMJOBMI
file (for Collection Services).

CFint01 is a task that runs on the system to penalize interactive cpu use.

I run the WrkSysAct cmd to view how much cpu the system says it is using.

But what about a system that does not have the WrkSysAct command? How can I
view the CFINT01 task cpu usage without running WrkSysAct?

Also, the value that WrkSysAct shows. Is that the average cpu usage, like
WrkActJob, for the "elapsed time" period?

thanks for the help,
Steve
