Steve, The SRC you specify, according to the 150 problem analysis manual refers to a "Tape or CD storage unit failure" I used to get this in the past with one of our 150's which travelled around a good bit. I opened up the box and found the cable had worked its way loose and fallen out of the back of the tape drive, plugged it back in and up she came !!, same thing happened about 5 times . Worth trying !! As for the ethernet card you'll need, #2723 is a 10MB adapter/card or a #2838 is a 100/10MB adapter.
