What percentage of minority owned businesses have the decisions made by women?

I would hazard a guess that there is a significant percentage of female owned
& managed businesses that need to use computers.

What percentage of women are interested in reading about fashions, compared
to men?

I would hazard a guess that a very high percentage is the answer.

Men could care less about fashion, so it is non-obvious to us, that such a
publication might make sense to advertise IBM business products in.

Thus, IBM has found a publication that is important to almost all the CEOs &
other leadership of women owned businesses.

What's next? ... targeting publications most likely to be read by owner
managers of African American & Hispanic businesses, I might suspect.
