Chuck,

You should be able to build the logical file you need on the 620, then
create your ddmf on the 170 to access that new logical. I've done this many
times, though not with JDE or Harbinger. If you cannot build a logical on
the 620 (not allowed access?), then your only solution is to copy the file
to the 170 and then build your logical over the copy. I would avoid this if
at all possible.

I am trying to run Harbinger TrustedLink 400 on a model 170, and access
files via DDM on a model 620 for outbound PO's from JDEdwards
(F47116,F47117, etc), but i need to defind logicals within Harbinger and
can't seem to do that with DDM files....has anyone been to this
movie....can i get there from here?
