I know this one

   You can use your OPM debugger to display a program variable

   search for ZIGNDECD  CHAR(1)  equal to   '1' (Ignore Decimal Errors Yes)
   or  ZIGNDECD  CHAR(1) equal to     '0'  (Ignore Decimal Errors No)

Al said:

This is not the case for RPG/400 programs.  I compiled an RPG/400 program
IGNDECERR(*YES) and DSPPGM shows Fix Decimal Data as *NO.
