Re: QSYSMSG (was:Re: Help w/ AS/400)

To my knowledge, it MUST be in QSYS.  The system looks for the qualified
name of the message queue, and then acts accordingly.  QSYSMSG was added to
the architecture before the QUSRSYS library was added (CPF R8.0).

while we are figuring out if it is "instead of" qsysopr, i need to
add the question: Does it have to be in QSYS? Can it be in
QUSRSYS?
