I saw that come thru.  We have ICOM that monitors jobs and message queues.
(As well as many other things.)  I have added this message queue to the ICOM
monitoring and all the appropriate actions.  It will page me if it does not
know what to do.

I just posted a monitoring program that we use and near the end you will
see a catch-all to redirect those message not explicitly handled back to
QSYSOPR.
