Title: RE: Client Access ODBC

What version on what PC operating system?, In express you can specify a default username, and prompt as needed, that way you'd only have to do it once until you reboot the PC.

Also Mr. Pence wrote a little front end app, (I think he did maybe he just wrote about it) that I have that stores the user name and password that might work.

Subject: Client Access ODBC

Does anyone know how to eliminate the need to enter the password every time
an ODBC connection is started.  We have a time and attendance job that
uploads punches to our AS/400 (V4R4) four times a day.  We have to enter the
password each time the job runs.  It seems that there should be an option to
enter this once and then let the job run on auto-pilot, but we haven't found
it.  Maybe there's a patch?  Any help is appreciated.
