And not only that, they may have less than zero business knowledge.  That may be
OK in a big shop where they are just delegated tasks, but not where they aren't
spoon fed a design.

In many respects, I'd rather take a controller and teach them how to program,
then to take a junior programmer and teach them accounting and how a business
operates...
