This would not work for my use of RTVJOBA LIBL(). I "save" the libl, tinker with it via RPLLIBL, do some work then restore it with RPLLIBL and my saved value. If a vendor pops a library into space 26 and I'm using the default version of RTVJOBA, I'll lose that library when I do my restore RPLLIBL. I can't envision a workaround to find and fix.
