Can you figure out what kind of object was created? If so, then do a WRKOBJLCK, press F4 to prompt, and fill in the blanks. You're probably right though, if someone was on a menu and took an option to go further then the menu should still be locked. One of many reasons that many shops forgo menus and write their own menu system. Easier to tailor by user and whatnot. Rob Berendt ================== Remember the Cole! And thanks for the answers for my first questions on history loggin, PDM, and such.. (from a Sys/36 comparison level mainly) Ok.. I was trying to simply compile a menu ...dds-400 type ..using 400 sda ... and it said the object was in use, not replaceable at the moment, even after I *thought* everybody was out of the menu ... (Yes, I did look at the "D U" equivalent...) Is the object still in use because it is the "home" menu of a user, even if they go to another menu ? Or is there a way to get around this object replacement block thing that I don't know about ? Seems be a screen block replacement function, (including any prompt screens), not a RPG program issue ... Thanks ..
