GMT doesn't change, but the UK moves to BST (British Summer Time - 
sometimes known as Bloody Stupid Time) which is GMT + 1.

So here's the $64,000 ,question on QUTCOFFSET:

Is the deviation from GMT with/or without daylight savings time in
Greenwich England?  England goes to daylight savings time on a different
schedule than we do in the states, or even in Indiana.
