So here's the $64,000 ,question on QUTCOFFSET: Is the deviation from GMT with/or without daylight savings time in Greenwich England? England goes to daylight savings time on a different schedule than we do in the states, or even in Indiana. If you can't do that, it's news to me. We have have job schedule entry set to run at 1:00am that runs this command: CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QHOUR) VALUE('02') and have never had a problem. I'm assuming you could do the same thing with QUTCOFFSET, but we never bother with it. If it doesn't work for you, it could be an authority issue.
