We had to change about 40 AS/400 last weekend. So we did use the scheduler and a CL program. We created a CL called Sommer which set the clock +1 hour and the UTC offset to +02 Imagine what the CL Winter does? :) We set the Hour to the Hour +1 because in the first year (7 years ago) "Sommer" came in a Jobqueue which was busy and the CL started the next morning. So be aware schedule in a Queue with more than 1 job or read the time and change it according.
