I used to work telemarketing.  We would totally ignore Indiana around this
time of year.  Lucky for them, eh?  Can I interrupt your dinner?  Or call
you at 10pm?  

Looking back, it was a pretty amazing system - Pentium 100 connected to some
predictive dialer feeding 96 outbound telemarketers with thousands of
records - guess that box cost something in the half-million range.  And the
digital voice recorder was Linux on an HP...this was a few years back.  Neat
now that I think of it.  Anyway, back to work...

Indiana may not have a state wide DST but it has the most complicated DST of
any state.
An excerpt:

US and Indiana law create three different time arrangements in the Hoosier
State: 
1. 77 counties (including state capital Indianapolis) are in the Eastern
Time Zone but do not change to Daylight time in April; instead they remain
on Standard Time all year long
2. 10 counties -- five near Chicago, IL, and five near Evansville, IN, are
in the Central Time Zone and use both Central Standard and Central Daylight
3. five other counties -- two near Cincinnati, OH, and three near
Louisville, KY -- are in the Eastern Time Zone but use both Eastern Standard
and Eastern Daylight.
