PWRDWNSYS even with *IMMED I think is a bit more orderly in it's shut down 
than UNIX's (excuse the spelling if wrong) KILL INIT.  But of course, you 
could just look in UNIX's extensive help text to check that out... Oh 
wait, you can't.
