Well, it's been ages, but I believe that information is shown in the DSPDEVD
output for the passthru device.  In other words, DSPDEVD JOBNAME should show
that to you.  It's in the retrieve cfg descrption API QDCRDEVD format
DEVI0700 (last two fields) also, if you'd like to go that route.  I believe,
in fact, that under the covers, OS/400 uses this information to support
passthru printing.  It gets nuts, as I recall, if you do passthru from a
passed-through job.  I have only one AS/400 at this time to work with,
though, so cannot verify it.
